Sophie and Mummy return from holiday

Sophie and Mum were down in C town this week visiting. They had wonderful time and even brought Gran back up with  them. Granny  Hilary will be looking after Sophie this week. Sophie's other Gran is away on an exciting holiday in the sun - how nice! 

Dad had been left to his own devices since Thursday,  he has been busy doing a hopping,  fixing squeaky floorboards and cleaning out the loft in preparation for it becoming an office.

He also had time to buy Sophie a wee ride along car - she loves it. Dad also bought some new hair clips (they all had to go into sophie's hair at the same time) and a new frying pan.

I am currently writing this post from my phone  which is not as easy as it should be so I will stop writing and just let you look at the photos. The ones of the upstairs floor need a wee bit of explaining though - when we bought the carpet they told me to lay plywood on the floor boards  to make it nice and smooth. Took me absolutely ages to do. Well, due to squeaky floorboards it all had to be taken back up again. Oh well! 

September - how did that happen?

A relatively quiet week this week - Sophie ate a frozen yogurt lolly and made new friends on the swings.

Uncle Paul and Auntie Nicole came over this week to take Sophie down to the park and feed the ducks - the sun was out and everyone had a brilliant time. Here are some photo highlights provided by Auntie Nicole.

What a great time Sophie had  - this weekend she has also found a nice wee quiet spot to run to when she has found the ipad. Won't be long before she can work it all by herself. 

On Friday Sophie met up with her friends Sam and Alexander

And she also went back to Monkey Music - which she loves - especially because she gets to wear a t-shirt with a monkey on it. Oh, and Alexander goes along as well.
