Learning journal update

Here is a wee bonus for this week - some photos from Uncle Paul who saw Sophie over at Gran's and some extracts from Sophie's learning journal. hope you like them. And remember if you want a look at the blog itself send me an email and I will send you a secure log in.

How did I not get round to writing last week

His week had continued on from where the previous weeks had left off. Sleeping was good and there plenty of laughs.

I am just coming back to this post to add some comments to the photos which I thought I had already done!

This is Sophie 's first ever report card. We are very happy with it.

Sophie went to soft play with Olivia and had a great time

She listened to Dad play the guitar.

And on one day in particular she was so out of sorts she had to visit the doctor - and also get a hot milk (known as a babycino) she didn't like it.

The week of sleep

Don't want to tempt fate but sleep was brilliant this week.

Down at 8pm ish then settled maybe once very quickly during the night before getting up somewhere between 6 and 7. On a couple of occasions snoozing with Mum until 7.30!

Sophie even stayed over at Gran and Grandads for the first time ever. She had a great time and slept all night. Katie and I were able to do some much needed shopping before going for a great meal.  We were both knackered and home for 10pm. A cup of coffee in bed the next morning was fabulous.

Not many photos this week - we have one of Sophie being kissed by her friend Sam (one to keep an eye on I think) and a photo of Sophie 's art work from nursery.  There was an exhibition on Thursday night of all the kids work and of course they were available to purchase. And of course most of the toddlers ones looked pretty much the same but it is her hand print and foot print.

Looking forward to another  busy week and maybe a Christmas tree up next weekend.
