The new house-sit

The new house

Ok, so our house isn;t the big one unfortunately (thats the indonesian embassy) but we are in the one to the right in the shade.

It's really good and it is for two months this time. I have Sky sports, the daily newspaper delivered and it takes me 10 minutes to cycle to work. The business.

  1. Hey Katie and Steph! Sorry I haven't commented on the last few blogs - been a bit caught up with work, other work, rehearsals (I'm going to be doing "Rent" in May with Pantheon) plus some roleplaying and occasional sleeping and eating of dinner.

House looks amazing - pictures are gorgeous and the Rotorua blog (hope that's the right spelling) looked fantastic. Still very envious of all the great stuff you guys are getting to do. Looking forward to seeing even more photos when you get home.

It's not all dull in Scotty-land though. We had a major weather incident on Monday (i.e. it snowed). Schools across the UK were closed, businesses shut down, stores were robbed of bread and milk as people feared that we would never escape the eternal winter, and London was boarded up completely.

Of course, the snow melted overnight, which was just as well, since the local Gadgiehill neds were using our windows for snowball target practice. But for 12 hours it was very pretty.

Will try to email you guys soon with more random chat - I've become addicted to Twitter, which is why my Facebook status changes about 3 times a day (they are linked). As a result, you probably know a lot more of the minutae of my days than you really want to, but what the hey.

Hope Steph's job is going really well and that you're both still having a fanatastic time.

    Lots of love
