It's been a month!!!

Sorry folks, if you hadn't switched off already you probably have by now - this is the longest it has been for some time........if you want to know the reasons for no posts it's mainly because the builders have been in the house and the computer has been inaccessible, couple that with the fact that i can't post from my phone and the fact that we had Easter holidays, I restarted University and we are preparing for birthdays coming up then it seems reasonable to say that we have been busy.

I will do my best to bring you up to speed in this post......

We made the most of some rare sunshine back at the start of April by taking a trip to Loch Lomond - as you can see we were still pretty wrapped up for most of it.

We took a trip to the museum of Rural life where the best thing is to go on a tractor ride - loved it.

Oh and milk a pretend cow - loved it.

You can also dress up as bees or a bee keeper - or not dress up at all if you aren't into it.....

We then had  great Easter holiday weekend at Gran Hilary's - she took us to the beach and the sand dunes.

Then we rolled some real eggs before hunting for chocolate ones!

Things went a bit crazy when we got home and the boys got their safety helmets on to play builders.

Talking of builders, ours were just about finishing up.....

And then Sophie got a wobbly tooth and before we knew it, it was out.....and the tooth fairy was summoned with a wee handwritten letter.

The house gradually creeped towards the finish line......

This is half of the old kitchen would you believe.

And then Sophie lost ANOTHER tooth!

But she is still beuatiful.

The kids went to a smashing party

Lauchlan played some snooker inside whilst Sophie picked some Apple blossom from the tree.

Noan and Fern visited us and Fern has an amazing camera phone.

Lockie got to look after Barnaby bear for the week and we took him to Rugby and to the safari park.

Sophie revisited the bungee trampoline whilst Lockie and Barnaby had a nap.

the we visited the Alpacas....

The we got all irresponsible and fed the bear wotsits and quavers.

This week saw the local school spring fare and Sophie had a party - whilst she was living it up Lauchlan played with a rabbit and then went down a big chute with our neighbour.

The week finished with Sophie doing some amazing climbing.

I am NEVER leaving this so late again - this has taken me ages and I have barely written anything never mind anything really hilarious like usual (hahaha) ;o)
